Most of the properties sold at the auction - though there was little interest from investors on Stuyvesant Ave. and none for a couple of derelict sites on Mulberry Street. See what sold where on the interactive map, or download the full list. (Note: we will update this when we have final data from the City after the properties close.)
Among the sold properties:
A bar on Willow St with everything still in it ($5,300)
A lovely old bakery on Hudson and Tyler Streets ($22,000) -- which turned out to have worried tenants in the upstairs apartment (it had been foreclosed from a delinquent owner who held a bunch of properties without paying taxes)
The great corner building at Centre and Bridge Streets that HHG recently gave back to the City ($20,500)
